Our Hakata Course is a special selection of our restaurant's finest dishes, especially Hakata specialties! From "Goma Saba" (sesame mackerel) and "Hakata Hitokuchi Gyoza" (bite-sized dumplings) to our delicious "Motsunabe" (offal hot pot) to finish it off! The "Hakata Specialty Motsunabe (Soy Sauce)" is finished with soy sauce ramen made with chicken broth simmered slowly from domestically raised young chickens♪
